About Me
Practitioners – Dr Charlotte Hellmundt D.O
Prior to Osteopathy, I spent over 10 years working in medical recruitment, specialising in placing General Practitioners in locum positions across Australia. Looking for a way to make a larger contribution to the community, I moved to Lismore to study Osteopathic Medicine and graduated from Southern Cross University (SCU) with a Bachelor of Clinical Sciences and a Masters of Osteopathic Medicine. Upon graduating I become apart of the SCU teaching staff presenting units on Osteopathic technique and opened my own clinic in the Northern Rivers region of NSW. At beginning of 2024, my partner and I relocated to Denmark and love being apart of and contributing to this beautiful community.
I enjoy treating a wide variety of people and use a broad range of techniques to help patients move towards optimal health and do more of the things they love. It is important to me to create space where my patients feel heard, to locate the primary cause/s of pain and together create an individualised treatment plan that is reflective of my patient’s values combined with my clinical experience. Personally, I feel it is a privilege to be entrusted with a role in my patients’ health care journey.
